These terms govern your subscription to and use of the newsletter (“the Newsletter”) written and operated by Kristijan Plaushku, trading as QA Robots. By subscribing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.

1. What the Newsletter is

The Newsletter shares practical insights, tactics and workflows on applying AI to QA, testing and software development. It is delivered by email on a roughly weekly basis, and it is free.

2. Subscribing and unsubscribing

You may subscribe by submitting a valid email address you are entitled to use. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue, with no explanation required. I may also remove subscribers to keep the list healthy.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not subscribe with an address that is not yours.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the site or its delivery.
• Do not use the content to build a competing mailing list or to harm others.

4. Intellectual property

All content in the Newsletter and on this site (text, branding, and the QA Robots name and logo) belongs to Kristijan Plaushku unless stated otherwise. You may read it, apply it in your own work, and share short quotes with attribution and a link. You may not republish issues in full or resell the content without written permission.

5. No professional advice

The Newsletter is educational and reflects my own experience and opinions. It is provided for general information only and is not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you apply it. Always validate changes in your own environment before shipping to production.

6. Third-party links and tools

Issues may reference third-party products, tools or websites. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Any reliance on them is at your own risk.

7. Availability and changes

I aim to publish regularly but make no guarantee of frequency, uninterrupted delivery, or that every issue will be error-free. I may change, pause, or discontinue the Newsletter, or update these terms, at any time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Newsletter and site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kristijan Plaushku will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Newsletter or the content it contains.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and any dispute will be subject to the competent Italian courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
