Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 July 2026
This newsletter (“the Newsletter”) is written and operated by Kristijan Plaushku, trading as QA Robots (“I”, “me”, “my”). This policy explains what personal data I collect when you subscribe, why I collect it, and the rights you have over it. I take your privacy seriously and only ask for what I genuinely need to send you the Newsletter.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Kristijan Plaushku (QA Robots). You can reach me at any time at kristijanmanagement@gmail.com or via qarobots.ai.
2. What I collect
- Your email address, provided by you when you subscribe.
- Engagement data: whether emails are delivered, opened, or clicked, collected through my email service provider so I can improve what I send.
- Basic technical data: such as approximate location and device or browser type, processed automatically by that provider for delivery and anti-abuse purposes.
I do not ask for, and you should never send me, sensitive personal information.
3. How I use your data
- To send you the Newsletter and related updates you asked for.
- To understand which content is useful and improve future issues.
- To keep the mailing list secure and free of abuse.
4. Legal basis
I process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you subscribe. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing; every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
5. Who I share it with
I never sell your data and I don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing. Your email is stored and processed by my email service provider (an “ESP”, e.g. Substack, Kit or a comparable platform) acting as a processor on my behalf, and may be handled by infrastructure providers strictly to deliver the Newsletter.
6. How long I keep it
I keep your data for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from active sending; a minimal suppression record may be retained solely to make sure I don’t email you again by mistake.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can request to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email kristijanmanagement@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
This landing page is intentionally lightweight and does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Email open/click tracking is handled inside the Newsletter itself by my ESP.
9. Security
I rely on reputable providers with industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, but I work to keep the little data I hold protected.
10. Children
The Newsletter is intended for professionals and is not directed at anyone under 16. I do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above will always reflect the current version, and material changes will be communicated in the Newsletter.
